EFlex Recruiting was founded in 2003 as a full-service recruiting firm. Originally operating as Employer Flexible, we built a strong company by fulfilling both staffing and professional talent needs for Fortune 500 companies primarily in the Houston market. In 2006, we broke into the PEO market and became a formidable force in the HR outsourcing space by bringing unique HR solutions to companies across the state of Texas.
