One of our HR partners, a worldwide energy firm, desperately needed to add 2 SAP OCM analysts to its team. At the same, the company was undergoing a global ERP implementation and needed these resources to help with the process. The Supply Chain team had spent a total of 113 days without this crucial analytics support.

Our Solution

We put our most experienced Supply Chain specialists on the case, partnering with the HR director, the IT director and several key team members. The team immediately conducted a comprehensive needs analysis to aid the search process. Together, we quickly identified a pool of six in-demand candidates with the skill set needed to help the firm complete the project on time and within budget. The group scheduled interviews with four of the candidates and was able to make offers the following week.
